MTV lights up Los Angeles International for the 2017 VMAs!

To keep up with the excitement and to promote the 2017 Video Music Awards, MTV dominated the gateway to the #1 entertainment market in the U.S. – Los Angeles International Airport.


For four weeks, MTV branded both static and digital media formats with an eye-catching purple creative that displayed TV tune-in messaging across all signage in terminals 3, 4 and 5! In partnership with both JCDecaux Airport and Delta Airlines, MTV was able to create and project a playlist of songs of VMA nominated artists over the terminal’s audio system. The strategic branding initiative paired with the terminal’s music entertainment added to LAX passengers’ excitement for the long-awaited annual music award show.
