  • "There have been times I have considered cancelling our contract for phone service at John Wayne Airport primarily due to the fact that I felt most people used other means to communicate to us for airport pick-up (cell-phones).  Well, let me tell you that during our most recent problem with the disconnection of services for a month, the customer's voice was loud and strong.  We had more complaints about the lack of airport courtesy phones...
