Location: New York

 

The National Sales Coordinator will be an active and critical part of the Airport sales team.  While supporting Account Executives in all daily tasks, they will act as a liaison and correspond with clients and agencies in all details of the sales process.  

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Entering posting templates for contracts and creating posting instructions

  • Submitting creative designs for approval

  • Sending out proof of performance photos

  • Compiling media kits for client meetings or mailings

  • Communicate with clients to assist the Account Executive in setting up proposals/buys which include mapping the available advertising locations and providing the client with expert recommendations

  • Conducting tours of New York/New Jersey Airports (JFK, La Guardia, Newark) with clients to show them sites they have purchased or are considering purchasing

Requirements


  • Entry level -1 years of working experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Pro-active
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Superb oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure required. 
  • Prior work experience in the advertising industry desired but not required
