Job Description


General Summary:

The Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for identifying and developing key prospects for Airport sponsorship programs. This person participates to the creation of relevant sponsorship opportunities at airports through the acquisition of a profound understanding of global and local brands’ communication objectives, and assists his superior in concluding high level sales.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Achieve assigned prospection goals for specified airports.
  • Use all modern communication tools including professional social media to identify key decision makers
  • Engage new client relationships within defined perimeters.
  • Develop innovating sales presentations which are compelling and convincing for specific target prospects.
  • Manage the sales cycle and the internal processes from prospection to the successful implementation of the sponsorship campaigns.

Requirements


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above in Business, Marketing, Communication or related fields
  • Minimum of 4 years qualifying experience
  • Prior experience in a sales high-level Sales prospection experience preferred

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Must be comfortable cold-calling prospective clients
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Superior business and negotiation skills
  • Presentation and public speaking skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of media/advertising industry preferred
