Adult MallScape shoppers maintain very busy social lives filled with diverse activities. Museums, theaters, comedy clubs, casinos, zoos, and amusement parks are among their favorite destinations. They are also avid sports fans; they closely follow local and national sporting events.
According to Scarborough research:
In the last year, 36% of all adult MallScape shoppers have been to a museum.
41% of Dolphin Mall shoppers visit Disney World annually and are 71% more likely to visit Sea World Orlando than the average adult in the Miami DMA.
53% of MallScape shoppers attended professional sports events last year. New York MallScape shoppers are over twice as likely to spend $75+ per ticket to an MLB, NBA or NFL game than the average adult in that DMA.
52% of Los Angeles MallScape shoppers have visited a casino in the past year and are 64% more likely to visit a casino in Las Vegas than the average adult in the LA DMA.
