The excitement and prestige of Fifth and Madison Avenue shopping is stronger than ever amid a +10% YOY increase in premier retail occupancy on both avenues as of Q1 20241 and a surge in real estate investments in the hundreds of millions of dollars from brands like Prada, Kering, and LVMH.2

In the second half of 2023 alone, 32 business opened along Madison Avenue with dozens more under development for the coming year including Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani, Swarovski, and Van Cleef & Arpels.3
