JCDecaux and The Public Art Fund are extending their partnership beyond borders with their first-ever collaborative exhibit in Africa.
In collaboration with The Public Art Fund, Aïda Muluneh's latest exhibition, This is where I am, can be found on over 330 JCDecaux bus shelters across our New York City, Chicago, Boston, and Côte d’Ivoire inventory.
Through this partnership, our typical advertising spaces are transformed into public art displays, providing artists with the opportunity to engage and inspire passersby in their daily lives.
This exhibit also marks the fourth three-city-wide exhibition within the United States and first commissioned work in Africa that JCDecaux and The Public Art Fund have collaborated on since our partnership started in 2019.
Through utilizing the powerful nature of OOH to create meaningful connections with audiences, Muluneh’s artwork becomes an unmissable shared experience for the community to enjoy and reflect upon completely free of charge.
