JCDecaux froze Oslo Central Station to tell the story of polar explorer Roald Amundsen
Motion Blur, SF Studios, PHD Media and JCDecaux partnered to celebrate one of Norway's most successful movies of the year: Roald Amundsen's film.
The movie honors the man who became the first survivor of a full winter in Antarctica and the first person to visit both the North and South Poles: a true national hero!
In front of Norway's largest railway station, Oslo Central Station, digital out-of-home billboards displaying the film trailer and iconic props, including polar expedition equipment, were frozen inside giant ice cubes.
The ice cubes were illuminated at night with the movie's release date written on the floor to encourage individuals to watch the movie.
This campaign captivated the eyes of all passers-by who enjoyed taking selfies in front of the cube and gave a magical effect to the beautiful capital of Norway!
