Verisure astounded passerbys simply by securing a painting.
Verisure, a Norwegian-based home alarm company, partnered with JCDecaux to create an innovative campaign in the bustling location of Oslo Central Station.
The day-long display showcased ‘The Madonna’, an Edvard Munch masterpiece, in the central area of the station. Worth 3 million euros, this highly valuable painting was placed in a free-standing unit armed by the alarm system. A camera was also installed as part of the special build of the structure, ensuring the safety of the work throughout the duration of the campaign.
This display generated social media buzz, as it creatively demonstrated the reliability of the Verisure alarm system which was entrusted to protect one of the most valuable pieces of art on public display.
